An entrepreneur, brand and business strategist, Bulelwa is a serial entrepreneur and who has founded companies in media, agriculture and tech. Her first foray into entrepreneurship was as the founder and former Executive Director of Mikateko Media, a brand and strategic communications company established 10 years ago in partnership with New Media and Media24. During her tenure at Mikateko Media, she worked with clients such as Transnet, SAA, FNB, Nedbank Private Wealth, the IMM, Momentum Retirement Administrators, whom she advised on brand management. She is a non-executive director of Via Afrika, a Media24 company. Bulelwa studied Journalism at the Durban University of Technology and completed a Media and Management Programme at Stellenbosch University.

Today, Warp Development is a mature and successful business expanding its global footprint. A seasoned business leader and the former Deputy MD of Independent Newspapers, Greg Brophy is the Group Chief Executive of The Prime Group. The Prime Group of Companies has businesses in the mobile technology, messaging, security and sport management industries.
During his tenure with the Independent group Greg successfully launched and led the business’ digital strategy. IOL, one of the group’s prime digital properties became the number 1 leading news portal in the country.
It was during this time that iTouch came to his attention, as he spearheaded the decision to purchase shares in iTouch on behalf of the Independent Group
